Ability to specify a non-standard UDP port for IPMI-over-LAN communications is something that has been requested multiple times. With 1.3 release IPMI touch will recognize and display : notation at the hostname dialog.

The final piece of the puzzle for 1.2 update is now ready! IPMI touch development build gets power controls. We are going to spend a couple of days on integration testing and once that is done the update is going to be submitted for approval. As people say – a picture is worth a thousand words and a video is worth a thousand pictures. Enjoy the demo :).

A quick update on a new feature to be included in the next revision of the IPMI apps. There is now an option to show sensor data records (SRD) even if READING_UNAVAILABLE or SCANNING_DISABLED flags are active. It is pretty useful for troubleshooting. See screenshots below.
